Bayliner and Heyday are based in the United States; Uttern and Quicksilver are based in Europe. Corey Duke has been appointed CEO of Bayliner and Heyday. Benoit Verley will be the Managing Director of Quicksilver and Uttern.
Duke and Verley have “full responsibility and responsibility for directing the business activities, including sales, marketing, customer service and product portfolio management” for their brands, the statement said.
Mike Fritts will lead operations. He will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. New product development will be led by Jonathan Flesher.
